Visa Requirements
Every country has their own unique set of requirements for issuing a visa, dependent on the type of visa being applied for. The requirements stated here are typically needed for a tourist visa, and are subject to change without prior notice.
Australia
- A valid Philippine passport
- One passport-sized photograph 45mm x 35mm
- Expired Philippine passports covering the past 10 years
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- If married, photocopy of PSA Marriage Contract
- Bank Certificate
- Certified true copy of Bank Statements covering the past six months
- Proof of property and/or business ownership, if applicable
- Photocopy of Land or Condominium Titles. May include Deed of Sale to establish ownership
- Photocopy of Car Registration. May include Deed of Sale to establish ownership.
- Business ownership documents
- Photocopy of SEC registration
- Photocopy of DTI registration
- Photocopy of Mayor's Permit
- Photocopy of Financial Statements
- Photocopy of General Information Sheet
- Proof of Employment, if applicable
- Original Certificate of Employment stating salary
- Original payslips covering the last six months
- Photocopy of Income Tax Return
- Form 2316 for employed individuals, Form 1701 for self-employed, professionals, or business owners
- Photocopy of Senior Citizen ID, if applicable
- Photocopy of at least one non-passport valid government-issued ID
- Filled out application form, which can provided by I-NAV Travel & Tours
Japan
- A valid Philippine passport
- One passport-sized photograph 45mm x 45mm, taken within the last six months.
- Previous travel documents/passports, which show previous travel.
- Original PSA Birth Certificate
- Issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority within the past twelve months
- If unavailable or unreadable, additionally provide a certified true copy from the Local Civil Registrar. A "Certificate of Non-Record" will also be required for unavailable documents.
- If married, original PSA Marriage Contract
- Issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority within the past twelve months
- Financial documents showing that you have sufficient funds available:
- Bank Certificate with the following details:
- Issued within the last three months
- Addressed to the Japanese Embassy
- Clearly stating the Average Daily Balance (ADB) for the last six months
- Income Tax Return
- Clear copy of Form 2316 (for employees) or Form 1701 (for self-employed professionals and business owners)
- Proof of earnings such as a Certificate of Employment:
- The Certificate of Employment has to include employment start date, monthly or annual salary, role, and company contact details
- Bank Certificate with the following details:
- If a third party (e.g. a business, a friend or a relative) is providing financial support to you, the following criteria and documentation are needed:
- Guarantee letter stating their commitment to cover your expenses
- Proof of relationship in the form of government issued copies Birth Certificate or Marriage Contracts providing clear links to the guarantor
- Guarantor's financial documents such as Income Tax Returns and Bank Certificates in line with the specifications above
- Filled out daily schedule in Japan, which can be provided by I-NAV Travel & Tours
- Filled out application form, which can provided by I-NAV Travel & Tours
United Kingdom
- A valid Philippine passport
- One passport-sized photograph 45mm x 35mm
- Previous travel documents/passports, which show previous travel.
- Financial documents showing that you have sufficient funds available. These must clearly show that you have access to the funds, such as:
- Bank Statements or Bank Certificate
- Proof of earnings such as a Certificate of Employment:
- The Certificate of Employment has to include employment start date, monthly or annual salary, role, and company contact details
- If a third party (e.g. a business, a friend or a relative) is providing financial support to you, the following criteria and documentation are needed:
- The entity is either in the UK, or will be legally in the UK at the time of your visit
- Documents to show they have sufficient resources to support you in addition to themselves and any dependent family
- Professional, entrepreneurial or academic details
- If employed: Details of employment or studies where you have stated in your application that you are either employed or in full-time studies. These could include:
- A letter from your employer on company headed paper, detailing your role, salary and length of employment
- A letter from your education provider, on headed paper, confirming your enrolment and leave of absence -If self employed: business registration documents confirming the business owner’s name and the date the business started trading.
- If employed: Details of employment or studies where you have stated in your application that you are either employed or in full-time studies. These could include:
- Filled out application form (provided by I-NAV Travel & Tours)
